Who we are
takebackmyinsta is an independent Instagram account recovery service run by @0t0k0n on Instagram. Every case starts with a free analysis on WhatsApp (+90 530 379 90 58): what happened, which of Instagram's official routes fits, and what you can realistically expect.
We work with people worldwide, fully remotely. This site is available in 25 languages, and you can write to us in your own language.
What we do
- Assess suspended, disabled, hacked and restricted Instagram accounts, and impersonation and content removal cases.
- Tell you, for free, which official route applies and how realistic it is.
- If you decide to go ahead, prepare appeals, reports and evidence with you and guide you through each step. The price and terms are agreed in writing before any paid work starts.
What we never do
- Ask for passwords, login codes, two-factor codes or backup codes.
- Claim inside access to Instagram or Meta, or guarantee a result.
- Help anyone get into an account that isn't theirs, or remove content without a policy or legal basis.
- Do identity checks on your behalf. Video selfies and ID uploads are always done by the account owner, inside Instagram's own flow.

Editorial policy for our guides
- Sourced. Statements about how Instagram works are checked against Instagram's Help Center. Statements about EU rights are checked against the European Commission's Digital Services Act pages. Every guide and article lists its sources.
- Careful with numbers. We only publish figures we can attribute to a named source, such as Instagram or the European Commission. We don't publish invented statistics, testimonials or success rates.
- Dated and maintained. Each guide shows when it was last updated. Instagram changes menus and processes, so we review guides regularly and say when exact steps may vary.
- No guarantees. Guides explain options. They are not legal advice, and Instagram always makes the final decision.
- Translations. Guides are written in English and translated into the other 24 languages of the site. Every translation keeps the same facts and links to the same official sources.
